Per Jacob Solli

Founder, President & CEO Chairman of the Board Kokoon Global Inc.

Jacob Solli is the founder, president, and CEO of Kokoon Global Inc., a company that focuses on the future of ultra-luxury healthcare and wellness.

Originally from Brønnøysund, Norway, and now residing in Florida, Per Jacob has built his career over more than 30 years, spanning business development, athletic training, and leadership roles.

Kokoon began as an idea in 2007. Through years of work, he turned that idea into a successful company. Drawing on decades of experience across industries, he has grown Kokoon into a multi-million-dollar business delivering wellness and medical services that are designed to produce real results.

Built from Personal Struggles

The direction toward healthcare innovation came after a difficult personal event. In 2000, Per Jacob was attacked with an iron bar, which resulted in more than a dozen surgeries, the latest in 2022. When conventional medicine could not resolve the infection that followed, he returned to what he knew well—discipline, sports science, and guidance from experienced professionals.

By training six days a week, he rebuilt his physical strength from the start. In 2006–2007, he repeated that process, and during this time, he also applied alternative methods to extend his mother’s life by more than 15 years. These experiences reinforced his belief in a better way to care for people, a belief that became the foundation for Kokoon.

Coaching Roots That Shaped a Leader

Before establishing Kokoon, Per Jacob worked for years as a coach in high-performance soccer across Europe. The challenges of guiding elite athletes taught him discipline, strategic thinking, and adaptability—skills that later shaped his leadership style.

These early roles taught him to lead under pressure, manage a variety of personalities, and align teams toward shared objectives while meeting individual needs. The mindset developed on the soccer field became a practical framework for building and guiding strong teams in the corporate world.

Kokoon: A Company with a Mission

Kokoon Global Inc. operates with a purpose beyond profit. Under Per Jacob’s leadership, the company has reached a position where it is debt-free, holds strong cash reserves, and owns all of its assets outright. With no lenders involved, Kokoon has been able to grow in a steady and controlled way.

The mission is clear: deliver dignity and measurable outcomes in healthcare. The company combines traditional and advanced medicine with wellness-oriented services. It works with a carefully chosen team of experts, including industry veterans in their 70s and 80s whose knowledge and experience are invaluable.

Leading with Independence and Integrity

Adaptability is one of Per Jacob’s core strengths, and he balances it with a consistent focus on the company’s mission. Over the last two decades, he has collaborated with leading physicians and industry advisors to push Kokoon forward. He values informed input and makes decisions quickly when necessary.

A notable example came during the COVID-19 lockdowns in Spain, when many organizations paused their operations. While uncertainty was high, Per Jacob expanded Kokoon’s activities, turning a risky period into one of growth. This decision reflects his ability to act decisively and keep the company ahead.

Strong Values, Stronger Partnerships

Trust and open communication are central to how Per Jacob builds relationships. Investors know he is hands-on and addresses challenges directly. He expects integrity from himself and from those he works with. Kokoon’s management team is closely connected and focused on achieving the company’s mission.

No Room for Compromise

In healthcare, change often meets resistance. Over the years, Per Jacob has faced smear campaigns, online harassment, and two serious takeover attempts on Kokoon. None succeeded.

He had strong support from his family, legal team, and business partners. Rather than seeing these events as setbacks, he used them to reinforce the company’s mission and protect its independence.

Grounded in Family, Driven by Legacy

Despite the scale of his work, Per Jacob stays grounded in family life. He has a daughter and a son, both in their early 30s, whom he considers his most important personal achievements. Kokoon is part of the legacy he intends to leave for them.

His schedule is full, with frequent travel between Norway and the United States. Yet he remains committed to building a better future for his children and the people served by Kokoon.

Growing Without Limits

Kokoon’s expansion continues. In May 2025, construction began on a major clinic in the Canary Islands with 23 surgical rooms. This project will also support the financing and faster development of the Miami Medical Resort, which combines luxury living with advanced medical care.

The company plans to develop satellite centers in every U.S. state. Following that, Kokoon intends to pursue dual stock exchange listings in Norway and the United States. These goals show both the company’s progress and its clear direction for the future.

Kokoon’s difference lies in being mission-driven while operating without corruption or compromise. Growth is carefully managed within cash flow limits, keeping the company agile and protecting investor interests.

The Vision That Drives It All

Per Jacob Solli remains at the center of Kokoon’s growth. He aims to redefine healthcare, wellness, and lifestyle services through innovation and strong leadership.

His background in coaching, entrepreneurship, and health science gives him insight into the real challenges people face. From his early beginnings to building an international healthcare brand, he has kept a focus on ethics, results, and long-term impact.

Kokoon’s model is built to serve people first, achieve its mission without compromise, and create a legacy that endures.
